In consideration of Winter Hill Brewing Company extending credit to the above-named Buyer, the undersigned duly authorized principle of the Buyer hereby agrees to guarantee charges incurred by buyer and further agrees to pay any fees, costs or expenses, incurred in connection with the collection of these charges should buyer’s account fall into arrears. If any of the information herein changes, the undersigned agree(s) to notify immediately, in writing, Winter Hill Brewing Company of such changes.
